Sales Manager - Optical Channel - Swiss Watch Group JOB CODE : SM-EW

Position Summary :

The Sales Manager will have ownership of the operational practices of all Sales Offices within GCC for the eyewear business and will ensure that the marketing and sales campaigns meet the budget and sales objectives.

The role will ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through planning, management of key accounts. This role would entail identifying objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings.

Key Responsibilities :
? Identify and recommend account openings and closings based on the brand positioning strategy.
? Promote sales at the retail level in Middle East.
? Ensure appropriate brand positioning, as compared to the competitors within the region.
? Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets as per the business plan submitted.
? Visit on a very regular basis, the retail customers and monitor their preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
? Advise customers and dealers on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
? Ensure each door within the territory meets the brand’s guidelines, sales associate training and merchandising standards.
? Effective debtor management (collecting receivables from customer and dealers within the pre-defined credit norms).
? Ensure that the product mix, replenishment cycle and manner in which the products are sold are in accordance with the sales and marketing
philosophy of the Brand.
? Working closely with Marketing/Product Managers to provide accurate market feedback to promote programs that drive profitable revenue
? Report sales results, market trends, and competitor updates on a weekly basis.
? Develop annual sales budgets and expenses along with identifying all resources (human capital and technical support) required to achieve the
annual sales plan.

Should be a go-getter, with a flair for sales and business development. 

Should be ready to go the extra mile and flexible, whilst ready to face challenges

Should be able to work under pressure and handle this role as an Individual Contributor

Ideally, a Graduate with an MBA would be advantageous.  

Would prefer someone who can join on board immediately without any much of waiting period.
