Pre-requisites for the Role :
a) Should be a graduate at least, coupled with an MBA - Marketing / Retail.
b) Should have a total of 15+ years of proven experience, with at least 7-8 years into the perfumes business.
c) Should be detailed, good in analytics and commercially astute.
d) Should have good MS Office skills, especially being well versed on MS Excel, worked on any specific ERP like Oracle, SAP, Navision would be an advantage.
e) Should have Excellent Communication Skills and must possess the ability to read and write good English. (Native Arabs would also be preferred).
f) Should have flair for sales and needs to possess the ability to network and socialize.
g) Should be a go-getter, proactive and enthusiastic with high levels of synergy.
h) Should be available in UAE and needs to know the GCC market well, UAE in particular.
i) Should be flexible to work and must possess the innate ability to work under pressure.
j) Should be ready to travel anywhere within the GCC based on business requirement.
